Our Returns Policy:
We offer hassle-free returns for orders shipped within the UAE. If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team to initiate the process. Returns must be made within the specified return period, and items should be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping fees for returns may apply unless otherwise stated.

Returns with a receipt:
Please Note: Return cost is an estimate based on weight, cost may vary on large or unusual package dimensions.
Merchandise returned in resalable condition with the original receipt may be refunded to the original payment method. If the purchase was made using a credit or debit card, the same card must be presented for processing the refund. For returns or exchanges exceeding AED 185, a valid ID with the customer’s name and address may be required.
Returns without a receipt:
For merchandise returned without receipt, in resalable condition, a store credit note will be issued. Store credit note amount will be for lowest sale price in the last 3 months. Please note clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
